We're excited to have Lucy Worden join the Irish Business Organization of New York as we continue to grow our vibrant organization - locally and globally. After spending the last month completing her onboarding with our Executive Board and outgoing Director of Operations, Colleen Berry Conway, Lucy has already hit the ground running.

Lucy was introduced to the Irish community through her stepfather, Leo P. McGuire, MBA, a former New Jersey State Vice President of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. Through his longstanding involvement with the Irish Echo, Belfast Media Group, and Aisling Events (where Lucy worked as a student ambassador in Belfast!), she developed a deep appreciation for the Irish diaspora and the importance of preserving its culture, history, and traditions. She is honored to combine that passion with her professional experience and looks forward to supporting the IBO and its members as the organization continues to grow.

We appreciate your support as Lucy familiarizes herself with our operations and gets to know the depth and breadth of our community!
